No wonder it is getting so worse, i was going there minimum twice a month, today in my visit as not usual was a bit empty only one table outside and was a bit busy indoor, when i have seated i have waited over 15 minutes to get anyone attention, then they brought the empty plates which was disaster and not clean, i believe also having engraving in plate centre is a stupid decision from whoever decided as germs and dirt will not be removed, anyway i have placed the order 20 minutes from the time i have seated, then after 10 to 15 minutes i got one of 8 dishes requested, no complementary bread and olives introduced until i asked and even though it takes more 10 minutes, then i have waited another 40 minutes then i have decided to go to kitchen to find out where is my food as only one waiter was serving over 15 tables and he is very panicking and not friendly at all, when i asked about my food they mentioned what to do kitchen is overloaded!! So i have mentioned not my business and you can stop accepting orders until you deliver the delayed food, in same time were 4 more tables very angry and shouting needing any attention, after waiting 55 minutes food came and was partially cold and dirty plate rim. The food wasn’t served as order and was missing one dish for my kid, and by the way didn’t even served until we left while it was added to the bill !! It was horrible experience and wondering they having 2 men hosts to meet people while they dont serve people, 80 % from who were dining complained and we all start talking together mentioning this will be last time and i swear it is my last visit, they don’t respect their guests, just needing to load the restaurant while dirt and unprofessional staff and tasteless food is served, seems it is very bad concept and very un experience management who just care for money, will not wonder if it is closed...
