لازالت هالمشكلة مورقة في محلكم فرع الغدير نهار ومساء موظف واحد مو ملحق لابس قلفز ويركض يصلح ويناول العالم وفجاه يحاسب بنفس اليد ويلمس النقود وزحمه .. معقوله على كثرة الفروع الخدمه ماساة عامل واحد ما اعتقد انكم مو قادرين توفرو مساعد اخر .. اخر مره اخذ منكم ..

نفس المشكله كل يوم. الساعة الان ٨ صباحا ولا يوجد دونات. سالت الموظف العبوس عن رقم الاداره حتى اتواصل معهم وتنبيههم على الموضوع لكنه خبرني انه لا يوجد رقم. الصف طويل والعديد من الزبائن يغادرون بسبب بطء الخدمه وعدم وجود الدونات. اعتقد اني ساذهب الى فرع ثاني.

Im very disappointed with one staff in this branch i never had any issue with any staff in Dunkin’ until i begin taking my order from this branch

The worker is unprofessional for the third time and the first time want to fight with me and this time he insult me he was treating me like he own the company and talking in away that he don’t give a matter if he lose a client, his attitude was very very bad, he refuse to give me his name

I give report to his supervisor and he was very gentle and professional he apologised i would like to thank him

Kindly this worker with this attitude should not be in this branch as this branch has high profile person and very professional he should be at a branch in south not in north,

Kindly i like to begin my morning with my coffee and my donut’s from Dunkin’ without being treated like this this branch is the nearest from my home so i cant change branch i will change brand if this situation keep...

First time to visit this branch So good But the story is that there 2 guys there 1 Filipino and 1 Sudanese I think

I don’t know why always only Filipino want to do all the orders and the second Sudanese just want to sit and to not do anything
