2 stars. I realize that the quality of the food in Kudo is usally fresh and well. Though, I have seen issues with this particular one. I have visited this fast food restaurant twice recently. The first time, I am encountered with a very loud worker screaming at his partner as I enjoy my "cold" food. Yes, I ordered cheese fries. The cheese is supposed to put my tongue on fire of how hot it is. However, I get a freezing cold cheese and fries. Second visit, there was no air conditioning available. Really bad experience. Who gave you the idea of locking the toilet with barcodes reader??! This is the most stupid idea ever. The toilet will not open even with a receipt. This is unethical and inhumane and should be punished by law. The toilet is smelly and had no napkins and really unhygienic. There are many diabetics and old people who have the right to use toilets without this bullshit....
