Mayazu is a contemporary fine dining restaurant that offers a fusion of Japanese and international cuisine. Located in a chic atmosphere, the restaurant provides a memorable dining experience with its exquisite culinary compositions.
One of the highlights of Mayazu is its executive chefs who create modern dishes using traditional techniques and the finest quality ingredients. The flavors of the dishes are carefully crafted to create a harmonious balance between smoky, sweet, spicy, and vibrant tastes. Whether you prefer a delicate and light dish or a bold and flavorful one, Mayazu has a diverse menu that caters to different culinary preferences.
The restaurant's design is attributed to Noriyoshi Muramatsu, one of the best Japanese designers in the world who is known for his work with Studio Glitt. The interiors are thoughtfully designed to create a unique setting where comfort, functionality, and design intersect, enhancing the overall dining experience.
From the moment we stepped into Mayazu, we were greeted with impeccable service and attention to detail. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to assist, ensuring that our business dinner with valuable partners from China was seamless and enjoyable.
As for the menu, it offers an array of appetizers, entrees, and desserts that showcase the culinary talents of the chefs. We started our meal with the chef's recommended selection of sushi, which was beautifully presented and tasted incredibly fresh. The variety of flavors and textures in each piece kept us craving for more.
For the main course, we opted for the Wagyu beef dish, which was cooked to perfection. The meat was incredibly tender and flavorful, making it one of the highlights of our dining experience. Accompanied by a side of seasonal vegetables, the dish was a delightful combination of taste and presentation.
To end our meal on a sweet note, we indulged in the dessert menu. The selection ranged from classic Japanese desserts such as matcha-flavored treats to international favorites like chocolate lava cake. Each dessert was artfully crafted and provided a satisfying conclusion to our dining experience.
Overall, Mayazu exceeded our expectations with its impeccable service, breathtaking design, and exceptional culinary offerings. It is the perfect place to impress business partners or celebrate a special occasion. We highly recommend Mayazu for anyone seeking a fine dining experience that combines Japanese traditions with...
Read moreThe location is great its away from traffic and noise, they have a vallet parking too, there is no outdoor sitting as what I have seen in front, the facade is catchy and classy.. I have made a reservation on the same day and 30 minutes prior to the booking it was a swift process with no too much questions asked we arrived 15 minutes earlier but they catered us immediately, the frontdesk was kind and courteous she's pretty amazing with her job, but of course tawakkalna has to be shown as required.. we we're given a chance to choose where we wanted to be seated and as you enter the place with a dim lighting looks romantically exquisite, we chose to sit in the corner a little away from the others, the waiter Mr Joey has been so helpful and patient in answering all our queries and gave us some recommendations in their wide variety of selections.. orders were served per course so we didn't felt overwhelmed with the variety of food in the table but instead we all look forwadd to the next course, their food is prepared fresh they also have an open kitchen where you could watch them make your oders right before your eyes, the staff are all courteous asking us if we needed anything as we stop and look around with amazement.. the food were served hot and is tasty and worth the price.. it was a sumptuous dinner and they made my day extra special by giving me a little surprise since Im celebrating my birthday, Mr Joey sang a bday song for me too even if they we're busy with a sudden flock of costumers,(well if you don't ask, I am a little of a good luck in a business that whenever i am in a certain place a lot of costumers will come) anyway i noticed that they always kept our tablea clean whenever they pass by and also changed our plate which is not really necessary but we really appreciate it.. have I said too much? I wanted to sleep inside right after the meal, oh I almost forgot 😅 the drinks 🍸 that was served are made from real fruits not only syrups and are not too sweet, maybe water is missing in our table, if you want to know the price you can go visit their website.. all in all its a fine dining Japanese resto experience you will never forget because of the whole experience and I highly recommend that you try it too 😊.. thanks...
Read moreToday, I had the pleasure of visiting Myazu for lunch for the first time. Myazu has been a well-known upscale restaurant with an East Asian ambiance for quite some time, yet I had never managed to visit until today. The lovely weather in Riyadh made the experience even more delightful.
The restaurant is beautifully arranged, offering a variety of seating options, from different table setups to more relaxed lounges. There's a sizable dining hall, along with a separate section for drinks, boasting its own bar. The overall atmosphere was fantastic, right from the warm welcome at the entrance to quick seating and prompt service. They have a large and efficient service team, ensuring customers are attended to swiftly.
The menu, encompassing food, beverages, desserts, is so vast it could leave you spoilt for choice. If you're a fan of Japanese or East Asian cuisines, the offerings are not only varied but also irresistibly enticing. They serve a range of meats, especially steaks and Wagyu. The appetizers, salads, and more are delightful too. I would highly recommend their fresh juice selections.
We ordered three dishes: Wagyu sliders: A set of four mini sliders, but each bite was an explosion of flavors. The meat was so tender, it literally melted in the mouth. The size might make you and your guests playfully compete for the last piece. Wagyu gyoza: A type of dumpling, steam-cooked to perfection. I'd definitely order it again. It's served with a light soy sauce that adds a lovely touch. Grilled chicken with lemon and chili: It had a tangy and spicy flavor. If you're not into very spicy dishes, pairing it with steamed rice is advisable.
Myazu offers a diverse culinary experience. If you have varied taste preferences, its expansive menu facilitates sharing and trying different dishes.
The pricing is on the higher side, but given that Myazu is a luxury dining spot, it's anticipated. Would I visit again? Absolutely! The dining experience and overall ambiance are...
