A fancy looking restaurant turned into a playground or daycare center.

I had quite an annoying experience in this restaurant. You have the owner manager letting her's or her friend's kids running around and sneaking under tables while people are eating till the point a kid broke my plate with glass fragments ending up on my main dish. Not only none of the staffs said something or offered replace my dish but the owner manager didn't even apologize for the inconvenience.
