I'm giving four stars because there are not many other choices, so this is a four star bakery with a restaurant. The restaurant service upstairs had very attentive wait staff and some good food. They were even able to make a passable chocolate milkshake. Our group of 22 people was a challenge, but they handled it. The downstairs boulangerie was also good. We took some croissants with us. You should be aware that the bakery is often busy, because this is a popular spot in Dakar.
