From the perspective of a Korean who came from 2nd authentic sushi-land after Japan, the platter was flawless from the beginning to the end. Right thickness, texture and fragrance of neta (topping) in combination with right amount of shari (rice) were extremely delightful, almost made me cry when I had to finish the last piece. One could see that they are still new and gathering experience. They do a premium service like for example we got a little greeting from the kitchen (so delicious) before ordering food. The good: Great menu, food and service staff. Each pieces of sashimi, tataki,sushi and maki tasted fresh. The service staff were courteous and friendly. It didn’t take painfully long to get our orders. Highly recommended.
