An experience of perfection. Very attentive and helpful staffs, with a lot of fellow diners making a great ambience. From the perspective of a Korean who came from 2nd authentic sushi-land after Japan, the platter was flawless from the beginning to the end. Right thickness, texture and fragrance of neta (topping) in combination with right amount of shari (rice) were extremely delightful, almost made me cry when I had to finish the last piece. White fish, prawn, tuna and salmon were all well matured and handled, and tamago (egg) was well crafted to have the spectrum of sweetness and depth. Totally recommended! Also try the hojicha...

Very beautiful place, quite costly, excellent food! The chef was very attentive, the other staff members were sometimes a bit slow although it was not too busy. One could see that they are still new and gathering experience. They do a premium service like for example we got a little greeting from the kitchen (so delicious) before ordering food. One person arrived a little later at our table and did not get the same attention. Also it would have been nice to be asked a bit earlier if we would like to drink something while waiting for the missing person. Nevertheless a great experience and definitely...

The other bits: Make sure you plan and book in advance and have enough time to park the car nearby. As almost all businesses in plateau, parking is a pain in the backside. Have...
