What do I say here. Great place with very long tradition of no nonsense food and service. great spot on river especially on good day . I am visiting this place every now and than for last 35 years. Interiors has greatly improved. Outside is covered now so that is all good. Service was quick, patient and understanding. Food looked nice and simply but nittely arranged. But uneatable. Everything was way overcooked and tough. Especially fish was so over roasted that 60% of meat pealed with skin. And so salty that my fingers where eaching as I was trying to find good peaces for my kids. Potato salad was none with semi raw potato. It almost ruined one of last sunny weekends before winter in Zemun. It feels they where understaffed and someone was just struggling to get food out with no time or care for quality. Some people around have eaten up everything, maybe more lucky than we. Some people have left most. We traditionally over cook meet here Anyway. If I am visiting area you would defiantly check this place. You should not miss as it is special spot. have sit, order drink, spend time checking view. Danube is almost like sea at this place. Look around other tables and if you feel lucky order food. It will not break bank although they are more expensive than they used to be. Maybe this was just a bad day. If not eat what you can. Salads cannot be easily spoiled. And have bigger meal in...

We had a family lunch (6 people) there on Monday and food was really good. Service has been really good until we asked for bill.

Our cousin’s offered to cover the whole cost for 6 people as we had a plane to catch so we had to leave in hurry.

Our cousins were short of 1000 dinars (€9) and the bill was 11850 dinars (€100) so I left 2000 din to cover the bill and to leave a tip of 1150 din for a waiter.

On the way out waiter Slavko throw away the bill at me and change of 150 din saying that he doesn’t need this as he can only take this to the toilet to wipe his ass.

We have left additional 1000 din to the bar waiter saying that this is completely out of order.

One of the most disgusting behaviours I have experienced in my life.

Unfortunately, I must say that we are never going to return to the restaurant again, which is a shame as we really enjoyed the food and kids loved it...

While the food was satisfactory, the service I received was completely unacceptable. The old waitress displayed an outright rude and unprofessional attitude, offering no courtesy or warmth whatsoever. When it came time to pay, she deliberately delayed giving me my change in a clear attempt to pressure me into leaving a tip. When I didn’t immediately catch on, she outright demanded a tip. Even after I tipped, she failed to express any gratitude, which is shockingly disrespectful. Such behavior is completely out of line, and I strongly urge management to address this issue with disciplinary action. I cannot recommend this place until proper customer service...
