Danubius — Restaurant in City of Belgrade

Had dinner here on a Saturday night with my girlfriend. We both are vegan so we were not expecting much options from their menu. The service was great and our waiter helped us on what dishes we could order. We ended up getting the green salad, the vitamin salad, a side of french fries, a side of grilled mushrooms, the Risotto with grilled vegetables.

The portions were large and we could probably have done with just ordering one salad, the mushrooms and the risotto. Danubius has a great view of the fortress and of course the Danube river.

I'd recommend Danubius to other vegans, just order what we ordered, or maybe call ahead of time - perhaps they can make something special...

Zdravo, sa porodicom sam išao na ručak za vikend pritom odmah da kažem nismo od onih koji traže zlatne tanjire a konobari da pevaju . Nadao sam se lepom provodom ali .... Kod samog dolaska u restoran konobar kaze da nema rezervacije na moje ime , pa sledi uzimanje pogrešne porudžbine pa donošenje po drugi put pogrešne porudžbine idemo dalje donošenje prljavog pribora a na urgencija da se zameni pribor konobar pita u cemu je problem pa prijatelju problema nema mi smo mrtvi zatim donošenje hrane je bio pravi hit idemo dalje mesano meso za dve osobe cevapi zovi grokcu vesalica za dve osobe ali to da svako uzme po zalogaj raznjici ops ja se izvinjavam raznjic za dve osobe i za kraj savet ponesite kantar da izmenite porcije posto se nikako ne slažu sa granatom u jelovniku a pritom uredno su naplatili. Moja preporuka idite u ulicu gladnih bolje cete jesti ako moze preskocite ovaj restoran. Moga bih da ih blatim jos ali Zemun ne zaslužuje to.

Hello, I went to lunch with my family for the weekend, and I should immediately say that we are not one of those who are looking for golden plates and waiters to sing. Why should one decide to dine in Danubis when Zemun is full of amazing restaurants? Well, food is tasty and selection of it and drinks is large. Location is accessible and amazing, if you are sitting in the garden you will have a beautiful river view, which is specially pleasant for the eyes during spring when temperatures are perfect and when everything is in bloom. Service was average, at moments even slow, waiter wasn't very kind and was acting like he was in a rush all the time. Portions are quite large while the prices aren't,...
