Seven Stars Hotpot Restaurant — Restaurant in Dubai

If you are in Dubai and like Hot Pot! You should look no further than Seven Stars Hot Pot! This place is absolutely phenomenal!

I live in Florida in the United States and have been to Seven Stars 5 times when visiting Dubai and I will go on every return visit!

When you arrive there most likely will be a wait. You go in and they give you a table. You order your broth and meat. You then go up to the buffet to get veggies, noodles, drinks, hot/cold appetizers and the sauce bar!

The have every vegetable you can imagine! Bok Choy, lettuce, spinach, cabbage, king mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, carrots, potatoes, turnips, radish, tarot roots. For noodles you can get, glass noodles, rice noodles, egg noodles, and many more. You can get tofu, tofu skin, eggs, and other stuff. It’s huge and all refrigerated so good to get fresh stuff!

The sauce bar is great and you can make some delicious sauces. On the sauce bar they have sesame oil, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, chili garlic oil, spicy oil, garlic, and many other sauces to choose from. They have lots of herbs you can mix in your sauces too!

You order your meat with your server! You can get sliced brisket, sliced chicken, sliced lamb, beef tongue, pork belly, shrimp, squid, and many other meats!

This place is all you can eat and once you run out of meat or need more food you can easily get more!

They also have a plum drink that is really good!

If you are looking for hot pot in Dubai! I highly recommend...

The objective of this review is to share with the management running this place the opportunity areas where they can focus in order to not lose more customers on the long run.

Today I visit the place and unfortunately was not as good as expected. I came based on the Google reviews so was my first time here.

The food was fine in general but the shrimps were not fresh tho. The Beef that we ordered took some time to be served.

The service was average. We understand that in Hotpots the service won't be personalized but still, when I asked if it was possible to get some limes they said yes but these ones never came.

As a last point and definetely the reason why I don't think I will be back was the hygiene. The plates were having a weird smell. We were near to the washrooms entrance and I saw one of the employees cleaning himself completely, including feet :/. This is summer and because of the temperature maybe the employees will have to do this but to watch this while you are having food is not good at all, maybe to have a door in that area could help a lot.

Of course this is my perspective but I hope that the establishment will improve in some quality standards to excel what they...

i went today 25.03.23 to seven stars hotpot restaurant, if there an option less than 1 star i would definitely click it, this is not my first experience in a hot pot restaurant in uae, so i know where i'm going, but this is the worst, the food is cooked than frozen, not raw and frozen, which will make it evven worse, the food smell is poisonous and ugly, specially when we're talking about seafood we should be very careful about it's quality, and these guys believe me have the worse one, after few minutes, my friend called the so called manager, or cashier and told hhim his issue with the plates untouched and food uneaten, the guy nodded his head and ask are you done? and removed the uneaten crab, shrimp, and fish . went and put it back in the fridge so people can it again. the service was awful, no one camee to the table and assisted us threw anything, the waiters were angry each time a customer enters the place , we ordered the bill immediately, payed the bill and left, i do not recommend this place at all. worst...
