OMG! What a bunch of liars, all to show Google they took care of the complaint. They send you a form to fill so others can see their caring approach. Bunch of liars I tell you. They will never contact you and I have yet to be contacted. Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting.
I really don’t understand the fuss or hype around Laffah. The food is dire, with only a few decent options worth mentioning. But what truly sets this place apart, unfortunately, is its appalling customer service—unless you speak Arabic.
It feels like you're in a zoo every time you visit. It’s always chaotic, and it seems like smiling or showing any level of courtesy is strictly against their policy. Staff often walk past you without acknowledgment, and if you dare ask for help, you’ll likely be met with a pointed finger directing you to someone else, or just a vague "go over there."
If you don’t speak Arabic, the situation only gets worse. It’s as if they can't be bothered to understand you, looking at you like you're speaking a different language altogether—something incomprehensible to them.
To those who love it, good for you. But as for me, I’ll happily drive by and never recommend it to friends or family. I prefer to go where at least a smile and basic courtesy are offered, and Laffah completely misses the mark. Disappointed...
Read moreI am very disappointed with the unacceptable behavior of one of your waiters named ADHI, during my visit to your Barsha branch just an hour ago.
Upon entering, I noticed a vacant table and immediately took the opportunity to be seated while waiting for my son and husband. However, I was surprised and disappointed by the poor treatment we received. Despite being seated, no service was extended to us, and instead, I noticed that other customers—particularly a group of men —were prioritized.
After around five minutes, the waiter named ADHI, approached my son and very rudely instructed us to vacate the table, stating that it was already reserved for others. If this was truly the case, he should have informed us immediately when we sat down, instead of letting us wait and then treating us in such an unprofessional manner.
His tone was arrogant, dismissive, and completely lacking in courtesy. This kind of behavior not only ruined our dining experience but also reflects poorly on the reputation of your restaurant. As a paying customer, I believe everyone deserves to be treated with respect and fairness, regardless of background or nationality.
I sincerely hope that this matter will be taken seriously and appropriate action will be taken to prevent such incidents from...
Read moreStaff are really rude but I saw them being nice to Arab speaking customers. I asked if they had WiFi and the guy was so rude and said we don't do WiFi here and walked off. I was shocked at the hygiene of the place, sauce and food all over the floor. The rest room is shared and absolutely disgusting, I don't think it has ever been cleaned. Tissues and dead bugs all over the floor and it is water logged. Also, the restaurant is really hot, only the AC units down the back work so we had to move as we have a child with us. Food was not great imo , the staff cannot answer or explain any questions about the menu when asked. Staff forget you bring your order so you have to keep asking. The shawarma plate comes with the meat on top of a layer of hummus which is not even mentioned or shown on the menu and not nice. The fried chicken was horrible and my kid didn't touch it. Food looks completely different to the menu pictures. It is a shame because I was waiting to try this place for some months and it was a let down. I don't like to write a negative review but this restaurant needs a reality check. So many staff were working here but the experience and food was poor. We also had a bad stomach from the food. Hence, I would not recommend especially if dining...
