Coral Boutique Villas — Hotel in Dubai

Very convenient for big groups. Very Beautiful inside out.||Kids enjoyed the garden outside the villa with swings and few other things to play on.||We had breakfast there but u have to order ur eggs. They serve it with sausage and hash brown. Also fruits and croissant and bread. With juice and tea or coffee.||1 issue with the place I assume because of short staff the villa is not cleaned well. When we just arrived there was a cigarette behind the door of the downstairs bathroom. It stayed there until we left after the 3rd day despite reporting it. There was hair everywhere on the couch on the floor and on the sheets. ||The staff are polite they showed also care. When we asked for one of the sheets to be changed because of the hair and the yellow stain they came as soon as they could. ||They took care of the WiFi problem we had. Took a few hours but it worked in the end.||At breakfast there was only 1 server and 1 cook. Which made breakfast nerve wrecking because they had to remember what each person wanted. First day I asked for omelette with vegetables and cheese I got an omelette with only cheese. Next day I wanted to play it safe so I asked for fried eggs I got an omelette but the second time I had to return it back. And it takes along time until u receive ur order and finish breakfast. The same 2 Staff take room service orders and deliver to the rooms😓.||When they came to clean the next day the cigarette was still there behind the door of the bathroom and the sheets weren’t changed they were the same I remembered the stain my son left on the sheets with his dirty outside clothes.||But at least the toiletries were replaced. It’s good that they have toothbrushes and tooth paste incase some1 forgets.||There is ironing facility.||Tea and coffee and kettle for hot water.||Complimentary fruit basket was nice.||Water was only 2 bottles for 10 ppl 😒. We just went to the nearest store and bought lots of water enough for us for 3 days. Other than thirsty 10 ppl we need water for tea and coffee and to make milk for my baby. 2 bottles is not enough. ||Tvs were old models maybe they should consider changing them.||Overall it was a nice experience but as 5 star they should care more about the cleanliness. I understand it’s a huge villa but I think if more ppl were involved in cleaning they would clean everything properly and...

Our family of 7 adults stayed at Villa Turquoise. It is not a separate villa but more of a double storey link house with 3 rooms with queen beds and 1 room with twin beds. There is an additional room supposedly for a maid which is accessible from the garage. The place is clean with the cleaners coming in daily to clean including the dishes.||||It feels truly like home with big living area and a dining table for 10. Kitchen is fully equipped. We requested for additional utensils which they accommodated. The oven needs a bit of cleaning and the washing machine should be replaced with a better one as the temperature control was not working very well.||||10 mins walk to Emirates Mall which has a metro line making it convenient to move around . There are also small supermarkets and eateries about 5 to mins walk from the villa.||||Breakfast is a simple menu which is quite sufficient.||||Overall we like the place as we an spend quality family time in the villa as well as the garden/shared pool area and close to Emirates...
