We came to this restaurant as my tour guide from my get your guide tour said this is one of the best near bojnice castle. We ordered two roasted ducks, one goulash soup and one tripe soup. The waiter immediately told us we might not like the tripe soup. Then we waited 40 mins and only the soups arrived. We asked the waiter about the duck but he said he forgot to order so we asked him to enter our order again to the system. We were respectful and polite and did not make a fuss. Another 10 mins, and no duck arrived. Again, they told us it is not in the system when I asked the staff. We were rushing for a tour and that was the only reason we picked this restaurant. I rarely post reviews unless it is 5 stars (you can see from all the reviews I made around Europe). I’m only posting this because this is a family trip and my parents are elderly. But for a restaurant, that’s under one of the most famous castles in Slovakia, they have some big problems with the service part of their businesses. All waiters were nice but so confused that we were waiting forever. And of course they forgot to put in one order so we had to wait double the time. Those waiters were so confused and incompetent it’s unbelievable. When we wanted to pay we had to wait 30 minutes for the bill. If they had some decency we would have received a discount, we didn’t. That means they thought nothing was wrong what couldn’t be farther...
Read moreKlasický príklad nenazraného slovenského podnikateľa. Boli sme po dlhom čase v Bojniciach. Leto,teplo,kopec ľudí smäd. Smäd uhasil liter vody za 6 eur a voda z vázy. V mojej fazuľovej polievke som objavil celkovo 2 - slovom "dve" fazule, a tak mi bol hneď jasný podnikateľský koncept majiteľa. Restika má kopec protichodných recenzií čo je neklamný znak toho že tie kladné robí majiteľ a personál. Tie ostatné zodpovedajú realite. Restika spoľahlivo kazí všetky dobré dojmy z návštevy mesta takže za mňa jedna hviezdička. Ak by bolo možné udeliť niečo iné bez váhania by som to urobil. Táto restika si to určite zaslúži. Pozdravujem pána majiteľa - ako ste spokojný s novým mercedesom?Po reakcii pána majiteľa mi nedá dodať nasledovné: ľutovať zákazníka je obecne považované za prejav zanedbanej výchovy resp. neznalosť bežnej etikety. Preto doporučujem nikdy nelutujte zákazníka, pretože nikto nechce byť ľutovany. Pán majiteľ možno nemá nový Mercedes - ja som si len tak tipol, pretože slovenský podnikateľ obvykle cíti potrebu prezentovať sa v aute prémiovej značky. Pozývam Vás do reštaurácie v mojom okolí. Garantujem Vám že sa najete lepšie ako v Bojnickom dvore a cena menu neprekročí 5 eur. Kofola v cene menu. PO niekoľkých rokoch som si zase precital recenzie. Zdá sa ,ze ani koncept reštaurácie ani kuchár sa nezmenili. Tipujem, ze jedine co sa zmenilo budú vyššie ceny. Som rád, ze moje hodnotenie nie je výnimkou ale stáva...
