Reštaurácia Primavera — Restaurant in Bratislava

Really bad service! Shame. The place looks alright and the food is ok but they don't know how to manage it! They have a kids corner but are not friendly at all if kids start playing there. They want to position themselves as family friendly but expect quiet and elegant behaviour. That just doesn't match! Their rude and grumpy stuff makes things a lot worse. The waiter obviously didn't like us BECAUSE WE HAD KIDS WITH US but never said anything about it. Instead he was super grumpy and rude all the time! His way of of "suggestion something" was to keep asking us to move from one table to another! That was after we made an upfront reservation and we clearly told him that we have KIDS under 5 year old with us! That was the first and last time we were there and will definitively recommend to AVOID to my friends and groups! We didn't feel good there at all and people around didn't look very happy either... All because of the incompetence, rudeness and grumpiness of the stuff. They could have at least organise the seating properly, talk and behave normally! Thanks pizzeria Primavera for completely screwing...

One of the better pizza places in Bratislava! Good food prepared fresh and with care! Even during peak business hours, the food will reach the table in a reasonable amount of time! Staff are friendly and very helpful! Both dining in and take away meals are delicious and carefully prepared! I always recommend everyone try their Quattro Formaggi pizza - absolutely delicious (and good value for money!). Good beer and wine also offered! Parking may be an issue - as is typical for Bratislava, but the restaurant sits close to Blumental tram and bus-stops! Just a caution that the restaurant may become stuffy or hot during...

Bol som tu na obedovom menu. Zacnem tym pozitivnym: pekny novy interier, chutna polievka, bohuzial tam to konci. Chudak sam casnik na celu prevadzku, nevedel kde mu hlava stoji, napriek tomu, ze bol sam som necakal prilis dlho, ale na zazitku to urcite nepridava, uz z principu sa snazim vyhybat restauraciam kde sa takto vykoristuju ludia. Dostal som nieco co som si neobjednal, ale dovod preco som sa dozvedel az pri plateni, pretoze casnik bol ulietany. Priestor je ako som povedal vizualne pekny, ale v celej restike je citit kuchyna a chybaju tam akusticke prvky takze ked je restauracia plna je tam naozaj slusny hluk. Taktiez na dennom obedovom menu je cca 7 jedal ako v nejakom grand hoteli, ale to jedno jedlo ktore som si objednal bol velmi slaby priemer, radsej by som ocenil jedno alebo dve moznosti v dennom menu ale zato fakt chutne... V skratke zatial totalne nezvladnuta restauracia ale s potencionalom... Odpoveď pánovi majiteľovi k mojmu komentaru (prikladam aj screenshot): Neviem kde zijete vy, ale v mojom svete je sprepitne vyjadrenie spokojnosti zakaznika za mimoriadne kvalitnu sluzbu, vasa restauracia sa k mojej spokojnosti ani len nepriblizila. Uroven vasej sluzby je na urovni tretej cenovej skupiny. Vas pristup k tomu ako banalizujete to ze zakaznikovi podate ine jedlo naozaj vystihuje stav vasej restauracie. Ak je vasa odpoved na to ze je v restike hluk to ze mam chapat ze v miestnosti nie su repraky, tak asi nechapete, ze hluk hudbou neprekricite, ale kludne skuste, mozno sa to...
