Sajado — Restaurant in Bratislava

Today 15 minutes ago I approached the restaurant wanting to eat the buffet, from afar I could see that there were people outside finishing eating and there was no one inside the restaurant, so I asked one of the waiters at the door if was open, wondering if the kitchen was still open, immediately another of the waiters who was next to me began to mock and laugh as if he had heard the best joke in the world, he made me turn around to sarcastically indicate to the people who were outside, the waiter The one I initially asked tried to relax the situation by telling me to come inside since that is the restaurant so I can see the buffet. While I was entering the restaurant behind me I heard the guy who was making fun tell his other colleagues what happened let them also make fun. Obviously I left and did not eat there, I hope that one day an administrator reads this message and takes action. It is unacceptable for waiters to make fun...

Very disappointed – would not recommend

This is my second time visiting this restaurant … and unfortunately, the second time I’ve left completely disappointed. We didn’t realize at first that it was the same place as before — otherwise, we never would have come back.

The waiter (with a piercing) is anything but friendly. The first time, I simply asked if they had any desserts, and his rude answer was: “Can’t you see this is a Chinese restaurant?” — completely inappropriate and unnecessary.

Sadly, nothing has changed. Once again, the service was cold and unpleasant, with the same bitter attitude and no effort to make customers feel welcome.

To top it off, we were charged €4.90 for a so-called lemonade, which was just a glass of water with two lonely lemon slices floating around. Ridiculous.

Terrible service, unfriendly staff, poor value for money. I definitely do not...

Well here I am in sajado. I've just been charged 2 euros 50 for a jug of room temperature tap water for me. Where do they inform you of this arbitrary cost since I was charged 1 ero 50 earlier in the week for the same amount of water. The drinks menu is not provided before ordering and would anybody realistically exect to be charged 2 50 for a jug of tap water. Even then I don't know where that figure came from. I like transparency and that seems to be amiss here. I was charged 1.50 earlier in the week. Incidentally the crispy duck pieces are hard as rock and I've tried twice and both occasions are the same. Avoid the place. I'm now being shown a drinks menu. States water 1l =2.50. You are not handed any drinks menu at the beginning. Outrageous. I thought that this was against the law charging for tap water. The menu doesn't say tap water...
