Considering the price with the quality of the food - dining here this week was very disappointing. I used to eat and order here in Wagamama Eurovea and it used to be ok. However, it seems like they increased the price while decreasing the quality of the food. We ordered donburi and Pad Thai. The donburi arrived very quickly. However, the food in general was almost cold. The meat should at least be freshly cooked with warm rice. It seems like they have this dish ready to cook already and probably in a warm tray - so no wonder the food arrived very quickly. Although in general, the donburi was ok- not great, not terrible. The Pad Thai on the other hand was a different case. I ordered this as I think you can never go wrong with this dish. However, this dish was basically a rice glass noodle, cooked in soy sauce with other ingredients. It totally did not taste like Pad Thai at all. I'm Asian and tried 'European' versions of these dishes (I know it tastes different if it's in Asia), but again, considering the price, I could have eaten in a different and cheaper Asian restaurant.
As for cocktails, we ordered Ruby and Basil Thai cocktails - we had to return the Basil one because we didn't even taste any alcohol in it. They did replace the drink and we did finally tasted the alcohol. But mind you, this was a 9.95 eur cocktail. Service was ok, but the servers could have been more attentive considering that the place was almost empty already.
I guess I wouldn't be this critical to this place, but considering how it was before and now with the ridiculous prices, they should at least make it worth it by serving good food, with also...
Read moreThe sushi was amazing with a fresh taste in salmon and tuna. The staff was rather ok up until the point the waiter realized that they brought me incorrectly 4 extra California sushi rolls that was intended to go to another customer's table. The waiter after 10 minutes while I was eating came and took the rolls out of my table even though I explained that I already touched them with my chopsticks and already put soya sauce with my chopsticks using the ginger slices, so I intended on eating them and paying for the extra price. His response was that they look clean so it's ok and he proceeded on serving them to the other customer even though I tried to explain that he can keep them on my table - I would pay them and the other customer could have clean new rolls.
This is something that in my culture as foreigner is not acceptable. Taking food from your table Serving you food that was touched by other
Also one more thing I did not like. Restaurant is supposed to be open until 23:00. Around 21:30 the same waiter took the soya and spices out of my table even though I was still eating sushi and I could use the soya. Kinda strange as if he tried to get us out as there were 2-3 more customers and probably they wanted to close early.
Note: I did quite a big order so I needed time to eat and also I was expecting some courtesy of politeness taking under consideration the name of restaurant and the prices...
Anyway - food was nice but service needs to change to something more professional if they want to keep the brand name...

We went with my friends for dinner. The table we decided to choose were dirty for long time, and when we sat waitress didn’t even wipe it. Also there were not enough cutlery and napkins for my friends. So we had to get up and take it by ourself, since waitress were somewhere not to be found. We ordered our food and started waiting. We got our dishes one by one. Literally I got my ramen first (not even with my extra rice I ordered), after 10 minutes my friend got her Tom Yum and etc etc., so it basically took 30 minutes for my friends to start eat after I got my first dish. Menu said that in my Ramen with duck gyoza will be ramen noodles, and I never was so deceived, because it was literally spaghetti. In California Roll there were barely any fish in. My friends got their two sets of 8 in one plate, and it’s not really a big problem, but no one first asked us if it’s okay, and there in common where two times less wasabi and pink ginger, so we can understand they wanted to save on products and washing time. Not even mentioning that wasabi was awful in taste and was like a rock. There were 4 tables taken and 4 waitresses, and somehow all of them took some part in our dinner, so we can’t mention any names, all we can say it was in Bratislava near Eurovea. And last part that just left us confused as never before. Water. It costed 6,45 € for 1,5 liters. Tap water. 6,5€. Tom Yum was cheaper that water, that’s just...
