We've been here nearly our entire stay in bratislava for breakfast/brunch. The vibe and the menu were just incredibly nice! I liked the style/interior of the café soo much. Food was very good, can recommend the truffle avocado benedict. Although I figured out the days after that they didn't serve me the fresh truffle (I worked in hospitality and thought they used truffle oil but then saw staff grinding fresh truffle onto someone's plate), so keep an eye on that. unfortunately the time of serving brunch during the week was not that clear instructed, cause everyone has a different time in their head when someone's saying "noon". didn't really figure out how long that would be tho but one day I couldn't have pancakes cause it was already 12pm and the other day I couldn't order french toast right away with my breakfast together and we were advised to order them in an hour, that wouldve been 12pm then - so maybe there needs to be clearer communication throughout the staff and also from staff to guests - it was a bit confusing. Staff was super friendly all the time, there was no negative vibe or anything else going on. Our favourite was Lucia - she has just such a warm and happy aura and was super friendly!! We'll probably come back again and again.

This place is located in centre of old town of Bratislava. I can say is have it’s own atmosphere, is really inviting and cozy. You can sit outside on the terrace, inside in the boxes, behind classic restaurant tables or in proper comfy armchairs. Restaurant have really nice decor, with many interesting things to look for. Staff was really friendly and help us with every request what we had on them. Menu is smaller but anyway you can choose from many different kind of food and many drinks as well. We choose Karma cola and local beer. Coke been served with aluminium cup shaped like can. To eat we get pulled pork pizza and pulled pork burger. Pizza dough was tasty fluffy and crunchy, topping was really good flavoured bit spiciest but tasty. Pulled pork burger was one of the best burger what I ever taste, pork was tender, flavoured with beautiful dressing over fresh veggies with nice and crispy fries on side. If you are in Bratislava and looking for place to, definitely try this place, we can highly recommend Urban house for nice meal.

We’ve been here many times and I initially wanted to leave a positive review, but our experience last Sunday changed my mind. We arrived at 12 p.m., and I wanted to order a Caesar salad. Unfortunately, it was only available on the regular menu, not the breakfast menu that was currently being served. When I asked the waitress for an alternative recommendation from the breakfast menu, she suggested Eggs Benedict on brioche... and then added, “but it doesn’t come with a salad” 🤨🤨🤨. Why do you suggest it to someone specifically asking for a salad? Anyway, we placed our order. The coffee came right away, but the food we were waiting for a half an hour. By the time it arrived, we had nearly finished our coffee, which had already gone cold. When the food finally came, they brought all three plates at once (the third was pancakes for dessert). My husband’s English breakfast was cold, which was disappointing since we came specifically for a hot meal. Why bring everything out at the same time, so the pancakes get cold while eating a cold English breakfast? We were given only one napkin for the two of us, which we had to share. 🤨 And on top of that, the sauce dish for the pancakes was messy and covered in sauce, so you couldn’t pick it up without getting your hands dirty. We didn’t see our waitress again after and had to get up and ask the staff at the exit to bring us the bill. I used to overlook the high prices because we liked the place, but with service like this, I can’t justify it anymore. This was the last time we had breakfast here.

Stumbled upon this place and so glad we did! For one, being from the West Coast in the United States, the music gave us back home vibes and was a great touch. We got lucky and did not need to have a reservation to dine here. The service was good, however the server did forget one of our orders and it did not arrive until the rest of us had almost finished our meals. Everything however was very delicious. From the Korean chicken burger, tacos (like wow), the pizza, sweet potato fries and the fish and chips where all delicious. Decor was really nice, although a bit too many gnats for my preference but I’m a lover of plants so I can understand the struggle 😆 the teas are excellent by the way! If in the area, I would definitely return.

I wanted to visit this restaurant for a while now, but was a bit disappointed, however the food was ok! I got my self pizza sticks and sexy salad. The pizza sticks were good, I liked them. The bread was both crispy and soft and warm. The salad however wasn’t my favourite. There was more of noodles than the greens itself, cause I thought the salad would contain more greens than noodles. The dish as well felt a bit bland? Or a bit cold. I’m not quite sure but I had a feeling that something was missing. The time for the food to be brought out was a bit longer than I thought. I didn’t see much of the people inside so I was wondering about why was that taking quite long. Overall the meal was not bad but it wasn’t perfect either.

Nestled in the heart of Bratislava, Urban House is a delightful escape that offers more than just a dining experience; it’s a feast for the senses. As I stepped into this cozy haven, I was greeted by an ambiance that exuded warmth and creativity. The decorations were a harmonious blend of modern chic and rustic charm, creating an inviting atmosphere that immediately set the tone for a memorable evening. I tried the Monaco cocktail, a masterful concoction that tantalized my taste buds with its perfect balance of flavors. Whether you’re a local or a traveler seeking a slice of Bratislava’s vibrant culture, Urban House is a must-visit spot. With its enchanting decor, exquisite drinks, and welcoming vibe.
