Food was okay, nothing special but what made it a terrible experience was the attention we received. We ordered a 10€ menu, asking before if the drink was included or not, and receiving a positive answer. When we asked for the bill, they told us, not only that the drink was not included (5€ each beer), but also that we had to pay an extra amount because the food was bigger than regural (we had clearly ordered the 10€ menú). All in all a wonderful lunch - thank...

When I mentioned this to the waitress, the only response I got was a short ‘okay.’ No apology and no offer to take the dish off the bill. I find this a very unprofessional way of dealing with customer feedback, which is...
