I am writing to convey my profound dissatisfaction with the unacceptable behavior of your staff during a recent visit. As a discerning customer who expects a high standard of service, I found the conduct of your team both shocking and deeply unprofessional.
We arrived at your establishment and approached the cashier, where there was a cash register, and politely inquired whether it was the correct place to place our order. The cashier, who seemed to be having a particularly unpleasant day, responded with a curt “no” without making any eye contact or offering further instructions on where we should go instead. When we asked for clarification, she repeated her “no” in an equally dismissive manner, again without eye contact or basic courtesy.
What transpired next was even more baffling. The cashier proceeded to take an order from the customer behind us, blatantly ignoring our presence. The staff member in question was an older woman, likely in her late 50s, with very short grey hair. Her demeanor was rude, dismissive, and shockingly unprofessional, which is wholly unacceptable in any customer-facing role.
To compound the issue, there were two other staff members present, much younger women, probably in their 20s — one brunette and one with black hair. Despite witnessing the entire incident, these two showed a complete lack of morale or initiative to rectify the situation. They observed as the older lady skipped over us and did absolutely nothing to address or correct the blatant disregard for basic customer service.
This entire episode was not only frustrating but also deeply disappointing. It left us with no option but to leave out of sheer frustration and disbelief at the poor service.
I strongly urge you to address these lapses in customer service and ensure that your staff receives proper training on basic decency and professionalism. This incident reflects poorly on your establishment, and I trust you will take the necessary steps to prevent any recurrence.

Besides it generally not being good I was baffled by the small size considering the price. The panini was also not the best since for 6€ i got one that was quite small. Later i discovered that it wasn't the best also due to it being from a fridge and simply heated up.
