Terrible experience. We ordered 2 tortillas and one without lettuce. Instead we got the second tortilla without every vegetable. It was only the tortilla and meat. We told the waitress it was not what we ordered and she admitted she typed it wrong in the system, yet she did not apologize. She then offered to bring out vegetables separate and we can eat them side by side. Outrageous. This is now how you treat a customer. Then she brought this (opened) tortilla and offered it to a customer a few tables away. They refused to take it and she brought it back to us and told us we can keep it the way it is or simply wait for another 30mins to get a new one. The wait was apparently so long because they just got 30 new orders in - the restaurant had max 10 people in at the time and some of them had already ate. We told her we would wait for a new one. Then she brings out a new tortilla and it was the same one except they put in some vegetables. And not even all that was supposed to be included - there was no beans and no bacon as well. The tortilla was burned - they seemed to put it in a toaster to reheat it. They also forgot to bring us cutlery. The service was just terrible and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this restaurant. Even though it was a mistake at their end, we didn’t get an apology nor nothing. The waitress’s attitude was just the peak of this experience - some people just aren’t meant to work in catering. Another year around, another visit there. Still unsatisfied. Waitress didn't speak proper Slovenian and took her time poorly cleaning the tables next to, while we were out of food and waiting for a prearranged dessert. Also they're claiming "best wienersnitzel in town" title, but was overfried, no juice to it, and even to dry for the knife - had to tear it with the untensils. The "Super lešnik" cake was surprisingly good for a LCHF cake though. Last year: Went there with GF in celebration. Not sure of their policies, due to coronavirus, I went to the bar and asked if they serve inside. She said they did, so we slowly climed the stairs to the brighter gallery section.
