The place is located near the river Drava, with a parking lot across the steakhouse. There is outside and inside seating available, but make sure to call in for a reservation at least one day before coming, so you can choose where you want to sit.

It is very cozy and comfy, a very old American style steakhouse. The house offers a VERY WIDE range of cuts of steaks, burgers, salad plates and more. You can even order some Wagyu beef, but I would assume you have to call in earlier than a couple days.

I ordered a burger and waited about 15 minutes for a Medium Rare. The burger is served on a wooden board with a tea cup, filled with home made fries. Don't worry if the burger is slippery and greasy because or the sauce and juicy meat - eating it with a fork and knife is completely okay.

One touch I really liked is with the utensils. You get your standard fork and knife, as well as a big napkin and even a moist tissue to wipe your hands clean after your meal.

The food is of excellent quality. They seem to use the freshest ingredients and meats of high quality. I would say the prices are of normal range, compared to other steakhouses.

DELICIOUS LUNCH

I got a recommendation for this place from a friend, and decide to check it out. I came here for Sunday lunch with two friends. It was quite full and we didn't have a reservation, but the waiter managed to find us a place. We were lucky, and we waited for just 5 minutes for the first table to get free. Next time I will definitively make a reservation.

The menu is available in Slovenian, English, and German. There is a huge variety of meals with meat. However, some vegetarian options are also available. I ordered a homemade fruit ice tea and medium "Cheesy" burger. Ice tea arrived fast and it was refreshing, with fresh raspberries and mint inside. We waited a bit for the food to arrive. The burger was accompanied by a quite big portion of yummy fries. Burger by itself was excellent, the bun was nice and soft, bacon was perfectly crispy and the meat was medium rare (like I asked). I asked to get a spicy dip next to the burger instead of it. It was a good decision because it fits nicely with fries. The whole portion was enough for one person.

The waitress was helpful. She spoke English, and let us pay separately. Additionally, the good thing about this place is the possibility to pay a bill with card or cash. All in all, I highly recommend this place and I can't wait to...
