Overall, it's a very nice restaurant with a good location. However, the staff is very inexperienced and seems forced, as if they are students with summer jobs or something similar. We were also "forced" to leave a review or rating. They said they are new and rely on reviews and would much appreciate the review. And when I look at the 5-star reviews, one might think they were bought, based on our experience there. The price is okay – not too expensive, but not cheap either. The dough is okay, it’s not airy/light. The ingredients are of average quality, which speaks to the relatively low price - so either they buy high quality ingredients and change the prices, but then they had to change concept as well, which I do not think it will change, as it seems they want to make money off tourists rather than being truly passionate about the restaurant scene. Their luck is that tourists do not appreciate their time by checking phones, prices and reviews - but that is the "Zeitgeist". A bit of a feeling of exclusivity and people are happy to give more stars then it should be. Also für Besucher*Innen aus dem deutschen Sprachraum: es ist mehr Schein als Sein. Ein Weiteres 0815 fancy Lokal unmittelbar zentral. Lieber etwas mehr in den Gehweg investieren und abseits vom Zentrum wahre...

We went here on a Monday night for dinner, specifically to get gluten-free pizza, as my wife has gluten allergy. When we asked the waiter for it, he told us that they ran out for gluten-free pasta for the day. Make sure to ask before you sit. Nevertheless, we stayed for dinner, and my wife ordered a mixed salad (GF) and I had a normal pizza. The prices were and the portions were both reasonable, the pizza could be enough for two if you are not that hungry. The waiter seemed bored and felt a little upleasant. We got only one set of cutlery and paper towel for the salad, but not for the pizza, which was wierd. (It was okay for us, because I ate the pizza with hand.) We sat at a small table for two outside, next to the glass-wall. It gave a nice atmosphere during the night, except for one thing. The tables outside are placed in the same lines as the tables inside, and when others were sitting inside next to us, it felt like someone is always watching us up close. (It's like one table but separated with glass. That close.) However, we knew this when we sat down, but maybe if the restaurant would place the outside tables a little off, then it would give...

Best pizza ever! But then... why one star?, may you ask yourself. To let everyone know what they did, charge 15% of the bill as included tip! (Which it wasn't written anywhere). 15% for a non existing service: letting us a long time with empty dishes and glasses, without asking, as a minimum care, if we wanted another round, desserts... coffee! Nothing, just watching our waiter sitting and playing with his phone. When we asked for the check, he came directly with the TPV, and told us the total amount to pay without showing us the price of what we ordered. We checked the prices list before leaving and we found out he overcharged us, after asking again to see the check and asked why were 5 euros added (to a 34euros bill) he informed us about the included tip.
