I was there about two days ago and my friend and I were received by a worker who was very hostile. Upon arriving there I was not there aware if the place was halaal or not as it was my first time ever eating or ordering from there, I decided to ask one of the workers who was a man, slim, young and a dark complexion who then rudely decided not to answer me and nonchalantly directed his eyes to the side of the wall where the halaal sign was which you really can't see unless you actually turn your head and look at the board with papers, I ignored it at first as my friend noticed his rude behavior towards us as well, he went to the back to get the chips I had ordered and upon coming back, he makes a joke with his friend that I was asking if the place was halaal only to order to chips, the laughed about it and again ignored them because there are just those kinds of people that are out to ruin your day but you don't let them, so ignore it again except the last time I could not take it anymore when he rudely asked me what flavor/spice I wanted on my chips, I at first could not hear him over the noise around us, which annoyed him even more and he asked in a manner of so much disrespect which then made me leave the order and the place because I was respectful towards the worker and polite when asking to which I don't understand why someone would end up being so rude and unfriendly to someone they never met. I did not see anyone bedsides the two males workers who were clearly supporting each other. They ruined my experience as I was excited to try to something new. The place seemed to have really delicious food and great portions at good prices but the customer service was what drove me away, as far as the two gentlemen I did not ge their name, but I do hope they learn some manners and respect when dealing with customers or...
Read moreI’ve been having that “plenty for” at Anat for as long as I can remember, back when it was “plenty for twenty” and actually had fillings. I don’t know why, but I was made to feel like I was crazy for asking for tomatoes in my wrap when I know there’s always been that. The lady denied there ever being tomatoes in any time that this wrap has been around and I almost screamed at how she’s just full blown gaslighting me when I’ve had this more times that I can count. Overheard a conversation that she’s spent 10 years in that place so I know she’s obviously lying. Don’t really have time to care anymore since I ate the thing (which, was a crime against my tastebuds) but goodness, when will you finally improve ANAT Tygervalley? When will you finally listen to your customers? When will you hire and train staff properly with the food, service and packaging? You’re probably gonna ignore this or maybe you’ve forgotten the company password, who knows. All I’m saying is, this can’t be what you’re doing to the food chain. It’s abysmal, and you need to do...

I have just visited the take-aways restaurant and bad customer service experience.
I usually get my chicken wrap from Kenilworth, Canal Walk or Waterfront as I am a Rep and go around to different Malls but never have I experience this poor customer service.
All the people working there have an attitude and body language of them not wanting to be there.
The girl who made my wrap put me off completely in the way she served me and ontop of it when she gave me my food she is busy speaking to her colleague not even looking at me when she handed me my food.
I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT IN TODAYS TIME PEOPLE STILL DONT KNOW JUST HOW IMPORTANT CUSTOMER...
