Our lunch before our movie turned into a horrible lunch experience at Cafe Bagaso. I ordered the chicken and mushroom quiche with salad, and my daughter ordered the bagel with chicken mayo, walnuts, cucumber and pineapple. We should've recognized the red flags when we waited more than 30 minutes for our food without any communication from our waitress. We were actually on the verge of cancelling our orders when it came from the kitchen. My quiche had chips instead of a side salad, and my daugter's bagel and chicken mayo looked horrendous to say the least. We were hungry and had to eat before our two hour long movie. The chips was replaced with a salad and we could eat, or so thought. The quiche was not a quiche. Instead, I received a dried out version something that resembled an attempt to a chicken and mushroom "pie" in a shortbread crust. The egg cuatard filling was nowhere to be found. Apart from the ghastly looking bagel with chicken mayo, the chicken and mayo lacked seasoning and the appearance was off putting. We told the waitress who was very sympathetic, but it seems there was nothing she could do about it, and we paid our bill (not happy) and left.
We are never going back there again....

As I was about to sit to wait for my take away late, the last at the counter rudely told me I can't sit and said they'll charge me for sitting... really? I walked out with no apology but instead the mumbled behind me what I couldn't make out. I came back out of desperation and was assisted by Desmond with much better courtesy. Really disgusted by the2 ladies at the counter who didn't even care that my daughter was tired and needed to rest. I'm grateful for his...

My pregnant Type-1 diabetic wife and I came to sit down after a long walk of shopping, hoping to sit down and have a nice healthy meal. We only cane here since Woolworths had been fully seated.
My wife ordered the spinach and feta quiche - which was warmed in a microwave and still had undercooked egg and dough.
I had the steak, eggs and chips. The steak was tasteless, had the texture of a boiled piece of meat, it was raw instead of medium-well as asked, and mostly inedible.
Rip-off prices for mostly inedible food and...
