First time going to Redies We ordered the: Tempura prawns - crispy, cooked to perfection Steamed pork dumplings - delicious and flavorful. Fried chili chicken - If you like a bit of heat, this dry braised chicken is a good choice .... 4.Beef Green curry - was surprised at how delicious this was. Also had quite a bit.....loved it definite repeat order for us Fried bakchoy - juicy, fresh delicious We enjoyed everything. All of it was delicious. Only one minor issue was that the dumplings were not sealed correctly so it opened probably during the steaming process but it didn't take away from the taste.

Regarding the service Staff was friendly and helpful Take away packaging was done, no leaks no spills

Overall, great food, good service and take packaging was proper 👌 👍

Worst Chinese food I have ever had. Went to get some lunch and decided to go here, biggest mistake. The lady who took my order was in a rush to get her belly filled (not sure if she was on lunch?) - she didn't even ask me if I would like to sit down and I wasn't offered any drink with my meal. No customer service existence at all. The sweet and sour pork was mediocre and the rice seemed like it was the previous day's leftovers. I gave them another chance - I ordered some sushi they had on special - once again, it was served in a take away box and I was clearly sitting down to eat(it's like she wanted to get me away or something haha). What a pathetic excuse for a Chinese...

Disappointed.

I ordered: Chicken spring roll 2pc Deep fried Sushi (Prawn roll) 4pc

These 2 menu items were NOT up to standard of expectation. The spring rolls were oily and had minimal chicken for R35. One expects full rolls which are worth the money. The "Deep Fried" sushi was NOT DEEP FRIED! The sushi arrived as 4 SMALL normal pieces where only the tiny prawn piece inside was "deep fried". When Deep Fried is ordered, the ENTIRE piece is supposed to be deep fried. Very disappointed.

Would not recommend this to others.

Please fix the wording on the menu if the entire sushi piece is not deep fried. All other resturants establish that the entire roll is deep...
