Terrible experience. I ordered through Uber Eats, and my order was supposed to come at 18:30. However, it kept on getting delayed, with no explanation. I asked my driver to find out what was going on, but no one would speak to him because they were busy with other customers. I tried to call them MULTIPLE times, but they didn't answer the phone. I called my uber driver and asked him to give them the phone, but they refused to speak to me on the phone and hung up.
Eventually, I got through to Simply Asia, but got hung up on TWICE after asking "Is This Simply Asia Tygervalley?" I called yet ANOTHER time and eventually got through to the same woman (this was probably more than the tenth time I called). I told her that I am trying to sort out an order and that she mustn't hang up on me because it's rude. She claimed she hung up because it "sounded like I was speaking under water", which she never said before hanging up. She said that all customers were important and she had a long queue of people in front of her, so she didn't want to speak to me over the phone. I was very assertive and told her what my issue was, so she actually didn't hang up this time. My order was delayed by more than an hour, after my first delivery driver canceled, which I completely understand. He was waiting for 45 minutes and was ignored.
This is such a pity because they have such tasty food. But will definitely not be...

Last week, my kid ordered lunch here. It took over an hour and it was the wrong order. Not the first time it's happened to us from Simply Asia. So we called, and they apologised for the error, and promised to send the order again. Two hours later, we got a message to say the driver was "stuck in traffic" (we live less than 4km away). It arrived an hour after that, 4 hours after the order. They apologised.
I called in and asked to speak to the area manager. I'm still waiting. It looks like their area rep cares as much as the restaurant.

However, our order, placed at 6:31 p.m., was not fulfilled until 7:29 p.m., resulting in an almost hour-long wait. Additionally, there was a mistake with our order. When we inquired about the delay, we were advised that the branch is currently understaffed. This is not the first occasion I’ve experienced extended wait times and order errors from this location, which seem to exceed the typical wait for dine-in service. Additionally, I broke out in hives later the evening and my body was itching and on fire, I think I had an allergic reaction to something in the food which is something that never happens to me.
