Susu Tygervalley — Restaurant in Bellville

Did not have a positive experience at Tygervalley Susu. I wasn't asked how sweet the drink should be or how much ice, and when I got it, it was too sweet. I asked one of the ladies what percentage of sugar was put in as it was too sweet for me(usually only take 30%) she said she'd make another and then informed the employee who I ordered at that it was supposed to be 30%, the employee had a lot of attitude and said "well you didn't tell me", and I told her she didn't ask either. She pointed and said the stuff is right on front of me (I didn't see it). I asked for the cash back as I didn't want it anymore, and told her the attitude she had was unnecessary. She said she doesn't have an attitude and that people usually tell her what they want without her having to ask. Told me she can't give me my cash back so they just made me another one.

Really didn't enjoy it or the atmosphere at Susu tygervalley. I've been to three other Susu's and they're always friendly, sweet and ask me how I'd like it. I tend to forget about the sugar or ice thing, since I don't go to Susu's often enough to remember.

The staff are friendly and very patient as you decide what to order (you’ll be spoilt for choice). The prices are comparable with other bubble tea spots and the tea is soooo good. I had the passion fruit green tea with passion fruit pop which, I recommend if you like a sweet passion fruit flavoured drink. I have given it a three star for atmosphere as, it can get quite busy at times so, you must be prepared to queue. It’s also not a sit-down bubble tea shop so you will have to sit in the food court or take your tea to go. There is a cute sofa with a ring light set up if you’d like to capture you and your booba for the gram. Overall, I would recommend Susu for a yummy...

Visited the Tygervalley branch. Friendly-ish staff but I had to walk up to the counter to be served. They didn't call out for service like they did with the few people that went before me. Lady that called out order out upon completion wasn't very friendly. The bubble tea was GOOD though. You can watch how they prepare everything infront of you. No seats available as they're right across the food court that have ample space. They have 2 or 3 different settings available for you to take pics for your social media though.
