The Poke Co. — Restaurant in City Centre

Ordered a poké bowl this afternoon for lunch. Now, before I get the food.. can we talk about the excellent service?!

Getting takeout can be the pits, but the Poké Co is different. I placed my Order for a pick up using The Poké Co app for 1st time, it was easy signing up, placing an order and making the online payment was even more easier. There were no issues when using the app, it went smoothly and I was even surprised that I managed to do it during work as I can’t be on my phone so I took a short break and it was worth it ! Immediately after the payment, I received an email with my receipt , and I made a total of 2 orders.

As I was walking to the restaurant to go and pick up my order, I got a call from the restaurant and turned out they called 30 minutes after I placed my order to let me know that my order is ready for pick up and because I didn’t pick up previously, they called again. The person on the phone sounded so friendly and I was super thankful for the call(s).

My pick up place was the one in Loop Street and it is clean, small, but cute and aesthetically pleasing. I wish I would have dined in rather, maybe next time :). The paper bags and how everything is presented ahhhh, it looked so cute.

I ordered the Leeward & The Charlie Tuna poké bowls and they tasted amazing (not simultaneously obviously haha). I loved my lunch and dinner! Worth every cent. Keep up the great...

Everything went wrong! After a though day I was looking forward for my poke bowl. I ordered 2 big poke bowls and drinks through the uber eats app. As happy as I saw on my phone that the delivery arrived, as disappointed as I was when I saw the delivery... I got a small wrap with a wrong name on it; the poke co, gave the wrong order to me... after calling them my uber delivery guy went back to the store and I must wait again for a 45 minutes. After he finally got here; my order was WRONG AGAIN! Things I ordered didn't came with my delivery, and my special note with the instruction to not put the sauce in my poke bowl didn't they understand, so now I don't like my poke bowl and paid for things they didn't deliver, and did wrong!

Reasonable price and good location.

Service was excellent.

September 2022 Update

…. Went today for lunch. Amazingly good poke bowl. The two women working there were fabulous. They were so friendly and made an incredibly good bowl for me. I will return again on this trip.

March 2023 Update

…. Went for dinner there this evening. Poke Burrito was delicious and pretty big. Service was excellent as always. Highly recommend this place for dinner.

October 2023 Update

Wow. A good thing gets better. Landed today and decided to head to Poke Co for dinner. I did the build your own bowl. So good. They put plenty of salmon on mine. You have to go her for lunch or...
