Debonairs Pizza — Restaurant in Drakenstein Local Municipality

I love writing good reviews on pages, but for the last few times I really had bad services. How hard can it be to order a pizza? Firstly they got my address wrong(an easy address) then they got my order wrong, pizza arrived cold and my address was removed from server. The operator lady could not speak prober Afrikaans or English. I phoned to complain and the supervisor insured me it wont happen again. Today I placed another order, and once again, they did not get my address right, and it took so long to arrive. They did try to reach me but I am busy at work. If they gave more attention to what the client said this would not be the case. Reading through all these reviews I feel so bad for the delivery man, I can only imagine the problems they have to face due to the operators...

I ordered a pizza from this branch with mushrooms and spareribs. This was the only meal I had for the day as I only eat once a day. The next morning from 4am I was as sick as a dog. At 11am it was so bad I could not even walk or talk as I was so weak. I was rushed to a medical center and was placed on various drips for hours and they determined food poisoning. I called the shop to inform them so they can do the responsible thing to investigate. The owner was so arrogant and blamed me .. anything from I ate other foods that caused this to I left the pizza in a hot car too long... btw it was bought at 6pm. I will not buy from them again as I have never been this...

I personally love debonairs pizza but the service I received was horrible. We were greeted by an unfriendly face, waited for an hour for our pizza and the staff was complaining and yelling at each other because they had to work. It was very uncomfortable and unprofessional from their side. Do better...
