KFC Durban (Broad Street) — Restaurant in Durban Central

The queue for placing the order was okay in terms of speed, the collection point there was no screen so there was another queue to get your order.

The table we got was not clean we had to ask for assistance with that.

We had ordered the same meal which is the all star lunch box, the wings were slightly burned, the burger buns were not as fresh as they could be, the actual chicken tested like one or a couple of the KFC spices were missing. The drinks were not cold but I appreciate the staff for making us aware of this before hand.

The staff was trying to provide a good service but for some reason things were just not going well, the 2 star is based on the staff trying their best otherwise it was gonna be a 1 star...

Terrible welcoming experience, service was good but the welcoming was terrible, Zah was the lady, she rudely instructed my wife and I that we were not allowed in with a trolley which would have been ok if my child wasnt sleeping in it,we were taken a back by the lack of empathy and utter rudeness in which this took place,whilst my wife was inside a colleague and her continued laughing about this situation,also she did not approach other about their trollies in the same regard when walking in which makes absolutely no sense,i do not recommend this for any who do not want...

Such appalling service from the cashiers at this place. Bought a family feast for about R177, it was missing the small pops whom the cashier said they're no longer available on the menu and mini burgers and filled with 6 rolls instead of 4. And below the the reason for the rolls, they're all rotten. The cashier did not give me back my receipt and she's the one that had packed for me also!
