Debonairs Pizza — Restaurant in Durbanville

I cant even call it a service. Firstly the app dint work, then i phoned Debonairs to place my order and as soon as she asked my name the lady put me on hold and cut me off not once or twice but three times!! I phoned again and she got my name all wrong when i tried to spell it for her she started laughing and talking to someone else again she hung up on me. I phoned back to try again so eventually we got to the ordering of the pizza just to tell me they don't have any cheese grillers for the cram decker. I asked about the tripple decker and again she started laughing and talked to someone else i assume its her college. I tried telling her how disrespectful i think she is but she was just asking me over and over about the tripple decker. I hung up and dint order anything from them. The previous time i order from them i got a peace of bread clip as google calls it that thing that ties the bread bag in my pizza!! Disguising and very unprofessional is the least i can say!! I am never ever going to buy pizza there again and i love...

We love Debonairs and usually get REALLY great service, but we just had a delivery man (an older grey haired gentleman) at our home who was quite inappropriate and intrusive and made us feel very uncomfortable. He asked my friend and myself a couple of personal questions and after receiving our food and making payment, he continued to stay and tried to pitch some other investment opportunity of some sort to us and invite us to one of these meetings. I just thought that the owner of this restaurant might want to know what this gentleman's delivery service is like as this man is representing Debonairs when entering peoples homes for the purpose of (and only this purpose) delivering the delicious Debonairs food. Im not thrilled about this service and i doubt this would be acceptable to...

On Friday evening (1/3) we ordered pizzas online to be delivered. After an hour and 40 minutes we phoned to find out where are pizzas are. They phoned us back to tell us the driver was on his way. When the pizas arrived another 15 minutes later it was cold and according to the color change on the box it was suppose to be for "free". The driver told us that he will take it back and bring us new and warm pizzas within 20 minutes. Well, he returned 30 minutes later with dry and luke warm pizzas and we had to pay full prize! So nearly 3 hours after our order we got horrible, dry and luke warm pizzas! It is such bad service and bad food that we will neber buy...
