KFC Boardwalk Complex — Restaurant in Eastern Cape

I will never go back to this Kfc ever again. They have lost a customer for life.

I was walking on the beach with my partner when I was in need of a toilet. I noticed that the toilets of the beach itself were closed.

I approached the KFC in summerstrand and a lady at the door sanitized my hands.

Before I went in, I asked if I could please just use the bathroom.

She replied that there was no bathroom at the KFC and that I should try somewhere else.

I was shocked by this, as I have supported this KFC more than a thousand times and I am well aware that there is a restroom at the store.

I will never go back to you guys again.

I ordered through Uber Eats on Saturday evening, I had been fasting all day and was craving KFC, I ordered a 15 piece bucket with a large chips, which I paid R30+ for, the amount of chips I received was ridiculous, I bought this for a family of 4 and it looked like it was just a regular chips, I ordered 2 larger mash and gravy and was given 4 regular ones which was absolutely disgusting, it was so dark brown almost burnt like and tasted absolutely bitter, we did not enjoy it at all and there was hardly any mash. who gives this kind of service?, don't think that because we order online that we're not paying attention to what we receive.....

I received bad service today! I placed an order exactly at 19:48, the status kept on updating and I had hope that I was gonna receive my order. After and hour had elapsed (20:52), I decided to call the customer service because I had been waiting for a long time and the status was stuck at "preparing your order". The first team member reported that I'd receive my order at 21:15 so I waited for the order and it still didn't arrive. Called again, only to find out that my order got canceled after waiting for more then an hour. I'm really frustrated by the service, such very poor service, AND THIS ISN'T THE FIRST TIME...
