I visited the store around 3:15pm on the Saturday 6th Jan The doors were still open so I assumed they were still trading The cashier had told me the kitchen was closed.When I asked if they could still make drinks -she replied they would. However,while my family and I were going through the menu - the cashier and her colleague were talking over me and I could make out they were speaking about me. This was very distasteful,so I left the store. The owner /management should train their staff to be more courteous and respectful while patrons are in front of them. I would not even give them the 1 star. The staff here were NOT too interested in giving us any attention, when we walked in this morning around 08h45. They were talking to each other, ignoring us. Anyways it was a blessing, we walked out and found Bembom. We were warmly greeted and welcomed at the door by a friendly staff member and received even better service and their pricing was way better. Why bother even saying there is a drive through when EVERY single time we’ve even tried the drive through we’ve had to get out and call someone or go in to order…and on top of that the service is shocking. Iv literally never had a friendly waiter/waitress. So to whoever owns this motherland I would really take a look at the people hired. We will not be supporting this place again…rather go to Seattle or...
