You enter the mall, walk past tons of generic shops and – surprise! – there it is: a bubble tea shop that looks like every other bubble tea shop on the planet. The inside is the same. The taste is also exactly the same as in every other city from Cape Town to Kuala Lumpur. But at least it's one of the good ones! I had the classic milk tea with tapioca pearls, and there were so many of them that you could have a little target shooting with the tube at the end. The two behind the counter were friendly, the service was almost fast by South African standards, and the end product was solid

I love bubble tea! Had the chocolate milk with Nutella and Oreo crumbs. It was good but I wouldn’t get it again. Susu and Xing fu Tang make better chocolate bubble tea. That being said I’m not done with Ben’s yet - Looking forward to trying the brown sugar one next! Ps. The lake smelt disgusting. These stores should be in an uproar about this with mall management. Please get together with your fellow tenants and do something about this!

The bubble tea here is the best in centurion according to me! The place is very clean and the menu is versatile. I’ve come here a couple of times cause of the quality of the tea, however not all the girls are friendly others are inpatient with customers, while others help you to pick your tea so friendly.

Can I just say that the boba was absolutely amazing. Immediately when I walked into the place I was welcomed warmly by 2 of the staff members. I got a brief explanation of what goes well with what from a kind gentleman who worked there. I got the pumkin spice boba and the coffee boba, aswell as 2 other fruity boba drinks. The drinks were absolutely stunning, I can't get enough of it, I will be a permanent customer starting today. The staff were so nice, told plenty of jokes, made me feel like we have been friends for years! I had to leave a generous tip!

Highly recommend this lovely place to anyone who...

I've only been to the shop twice. First time I went, the gentleman at the counter said they didn't have any cups at the store (which I found very strange) and that I could come back in an hour. Second time I went, I was able to order a milk tea (which was delicious!), however, they only had 2 flavors of the mochi available. I just think that a store should have all supplies available to clients when they want to order, because some patrions might find this annoying if they don't. But overall, service was impeccable and the tea...
