Management needs to replace the headset that the attendant in the drive through is using.
I can only asume the reason she was padding her headset with toilet paper is because the pads were completely worn out! ... But similarly, I can also only assume the reason she was getting everyone's order wrong was because of the faulty headset!
Not only did she get my order wrong, but she also got the order of the guy infront of me wrong! I watched him struggling to communicate with her for close to 10 minutes, and then had to further stop and wait, while I watched her correct the order on the drive through screen after he reached her.
Not only did I then have the same experaince, where I had to also correct the order. BUT I also ended up driving away with the WRONG ORDER!
I want to blame the headset, but at the same time, I would like to know who in their right mind would oder loaded fries as a meal? That's fries with a side of fries! And yet some how, the drive through attendant thought I was ordering a loaded fries MEAL!?!
Nothing but dissapointed. This was REALLY frustrating, I was looking forward to a burger, only to get home and find out I was given loaded fries with a side of fries. Again, I'm blaming the headset to give the poor attendant the benefit of the doubt, but at the same time, I don't know how an order like this could EVER make any...

The manager then told us we should give her our cups cause the cold drink machine we wanted to use is not working. Then after giving her our cups she told us there is only Pepsi, Pepsi light and 7up. There was no ice available and the cold drink was not even mildly cold.
After tasting the cold drink and stating to the manager that the cold drinks does not have any gas in them she assured us that it tastes gasless because there is no ice in the cold drink. Just as we walked to a table a cockroach was crawling out from under the counter and we called the manager and told her this. She then went to the bug stating more than once very loudly that it is not a cockroach just an insect.
The manager does not belong on the position she is in, she cannot communicate properly and respectfully to customers or employees. It looks like the only reason she is still working there is because she needs the money, you can see she does not like her job at all.

Read moreWe went to Burger King on Tuesday Night 4 December. It was 20:10 and went to the door and looked at the hours which clearly states open till 22:00, to make sure they are open. The old guy inside just showed that they are closed, waving his arms at us, some staff still in the kitchen. I pointed at the door and hours and he just shook his head and showed no they are closed. There were no loadshedding or any indication that they had a problem. In the 5 minutes we were standing infront of the shop, 10 cars stopped there as well wanting food and got the message they are closed. So you can imagine how many customers you lost just in 1 night if there were so many cars just in 5 min. How many were there before and after? I really enjoy the food and had no problems before with the branch because we have only been there during the day but we drove from Wonderboom especially to get Burger King and wasted our petrol. Went to McDonalds and KFC afterwards. Either change your hours then on your door and your website if your staff is not working those hours or sort out the staff because it was unprofessional and...
