Steers Carlton Centre — Restaurant in Gauteng

I am a Steers kid but the service I got just now from your staff Thandiwe was appalling. First I ordered a classic cheese burger for 74.90 the cashier told me there is nothing like that on their menu she only has chicken or rib for that price . I then asked for a classic steers add cheese , the meal came without cheese , I asked for the manager who was nowhere to be found , A gentleman from the back came to assist me took back the meal and added the cheese and I sat down to enjoy my meal which had gotten cold because of the back and forth thing .
