Walked into the restaurant feeling confused at the lack of service. We had to find our own table, seek a waiter out, and ask for menus. We feel some form of racial discrimination was at play here, Caucasian customers were treated more warmly, and handed menus, and seated almost immediately, while we were generally ignored by the Caucasian staff. Our waiter took some time to warm up but not to the extent expected in the service industry. I left him a substantial tip but only because times are tough. It is no secret that customer service can have a profound and lasting effect on the customer’s experience. The negative attitude with racial undertones was very disappointing. The menu is misleading. We ordered what we thought was a substantial meal described as 4 slices of panini with veggies and rocket but instead were presented with tiny slices of bruschetta, and no rocket, 4 slices of avocado, 4 slices of cucumber a few slices of onion and red pepper, just not worth the price we paid. With a name like George's Bread &Co one would expect delectable breads at value for money. We were very disappointed in the meal and overall experience. I would not recommend this...
