Hodad's — Restaurant in Gauteng

Took my family for a quick burger at Hodads today . Meal was good but then I sat and watched the kitchen prepare the food . Specifically watched the three ladies preparing the patties . Firstly no gloves are used anywhere in the kitchen it seems , then 1 of the ladies must of had an itch under her hair net , which she scratched with the 1 Hand and held the Pattie in the other then continued to shape the Pattie with both hands . Then came the topper , the 2nd lady in line needed to sneeze which is fine , she turned her head to sneeze and covered her nose with her hand , then once again continued to shape the Pattie without going to wash her hands .

Unfortunately this made me and my daughter feel instantly nauseous. We left and my daughter puked the whole way home .

This might of been an isolated incident but the wearing of no gloves is not acceptable in the...

Honestly I'm grossed out and will never try this places food . I walked in to the store on Saturday in hopes of trying some place new and I was disappointed, while standing in the store looking at the menu I looked down in to what I believe was the kitchen area and saw one of the ladies working she did not have gloves on and was making burgers, she then diggs in her nose and touched her face and thereafter proceeds to touch the food she is making 🤢 ,that immediately put me and my husband off and made us question what else goes on in the kitchen, on top of that staff doesn't seem to have manners as they can't greet...

Unfortunately the last two orders have been very disappointing. I wrote an email to you guys to complain about the chips being half cooked and asking for crispy ... Was even written on the till slip ... And got no response at all. Ordered yesterday 25th March with the delivery service and ended up phoning after an hour and a half to have a very incompetent person answer the phone and repeating myself numerous times asking where is our order to be told very rudely ... It is coming. Your food has been good in the past but seems there is no consistency lately with quality and...
