On Tuesday Nov 28th I placed a delivery order with Spur Illinois, order number 67B93. I ordered ribs & wings with hot vegs, Oreo milkshake, and a can of Coke Zero,

When the order arrived the driver pass me a soaked bag containing the hot items, the bag was soaked because he spilled the entire milkshake into his carrying case. He offered very little explanation due to the fact he didn’t speak English, instead he leaves without any resolution. I immediately phoned (around 8:45pm) spur Illinois and experienced the worst case of unprofessionalism and disrespect possible.

First, I spoke with a young lady, who presented herself as the assistant manager. When I explained the situation to her, she offered an apology and nothing else. We also ordered a Coke zero but received a regular Coke, and the hot veg only contained spinach. after explaining all of this to her. She said she would contact the kitchen and see if they can make Pumpkin and sweet potato, and she would send it to me. After five minutes I get a phone call from her, she says the store is out of hot veg and suggested sending chips and onions, she asked for my address which I provided. I also asked her How did they plan to make that up for me and that I should be offered some type of compensation either an additional milkshake or a brownie, she tells me she will have to call me back.

After 5 minutes I get a call back from a guy who presented himself as the manager, but refused to give me his name. He said to me very rudely that it’s not his fault that the milkshake spilled and if I want another one I should come and pick it up myself, he also said to me that he is not going to lose money by sending me a milkshake and making my order right and he never mentioned the hot veg that I paid for and didn’t receive. When I asked for his name he refused to give it to me, and drop the line as I was talking, I immediately call back and the lady who presented herself as the assistant manager answered and also refused to give me his or her name, and also dropped the line on me. They never delivered the hot veg that I paid for, which she promised she would. this is the service that I received from...

Know that Management will commit perjury at every opportunity do not trust them, record these conversations if you can

Avoid bringing anything to the attention of owners they will threaten and attempt to intimidate you, if you are able rather email corporate

Know that they will withhold camera footage.

As of June 1st no hearing has been held and no attempt by spur llinois to resolve any issues, service is also absolutely appalling with a wait time at the door of 8 minutes to be seated during this time no less than 4 waiters and 2 Mangers have...

For someone who is in the people industry, my heart sank at the service or the lack thereof @ Spur Illinois. Today 2nd of April 2019 I placed an order telephonically at 15:00 to collect. I was told to collect the order at 15:15. I bought them time and pitched up at 15:25 to be greeted by the rude, arrogant assistant at the door( yellow bone short female). Firstly she dismisses me and tells me there was no order placed. She turns around and continues with her paperwork. She asked a waiter to check on my order and he too confirms that there was no such order placed. Then i was harassed about who i spoke to. I advised them to check on my cellphone number on their system to see who i placed the order with. They said it's not possible and the male waiter tried to assist by placing a new order and as you can imagine at this point i was seething and was not at all interested in their food....Went back to the office and now having rusks with tea...Oh and an apple. Saddened! I'm an eighties baby, i grew up...
