Birdwood Guesthouse — Hotel in Gauteng

I was not impressed at all They call it a boutique hotel the intercom was not working No one at the gate on arrival The place look so old it need revamp and only to be welcomed by construction worker. The room was not fresh at all had a bad smell like not in use. Cold water, geyser was not switched on. No coffee given. Lamp didn't work. Hotel is falsely listed as having a Bar, on-site restaurant, breakfast served - none of this. Very rundown and a complete waste of R920 that we paid for one night expecting much more for the price we paid. No products in bathroom, very limited DSTV channels. Not sure how this place ever got...
