To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the unacceptable level of service I recently received at your establishment Krispy Kream in Brooklyn Mall. Despite having many alternative options due to the abundance of competition in the area, I chose to visit your business expecting professionalism and courtesy. Unfortunately, my experience fell well below reasonable expectations.
From the outset, I encountered staff members whose demeanour could only be described as rude and dismissive. Basic requests were met with impatience, and at times, outright disregard. It was clear that customer care was not a priority, as staff seemed unwilling to assist or address questions with even minimal politeness.
More troubling still was the inconsistency of the service provided. On certain days I will receive a Tenant discount and on other days I donât. On some occasions, procedures were followed correctly and with efficiency, while on others, similar requests were met with confusion and delays. This lack of uniformity not only causes frustration but also undermines trust in your brand. Customers should not have to wonder whether they will receive competent service with each visit.
Given these repeated issues, I am compelled to point out that, in todayâs market, customers have a wide array of choices. The presence of so many competing businesses means that poor customer service is not only disappointing, but also damaging to your reputation and future prospects. If these problems are not addressed, it is likely that customersâincluding myself (and colleagues)âwill choose to take their business elsewhere.
I urge you to take immediate steps to improve both the professionalism of your staff and the consistency of your service. Investing in training and establishing clear standards for customer interaction will go a long way in restoring confidence and ensuring positive experiences. Your attention to these matters is not just appreciated, but essential.

Read moreI went and collected my free donut today after voting. After patiently waiting 30 minutes to get new stock I happily walked to the shop to collect my donut. While i was at the till I asked the lady if i could purchase another one (as i wanted 2) and she rudely answered me when i asked what flavours there were, screamed at me to go to the other side of the line and shoved my donut packet in my face. (There was one person behind me so no need for any rush). She was so rude to me I actually burst out in tears and left the donuts. This experience really put me off Brooklyns...
