I'm highly disappointed and I don't even know where to begin to tell my terrible experience with McDonalds at Centurion. So I placed an order online using Mcdelivery, mind you the reason why I ordered for delivery is because it was raining, cold and there was a power outage in my area and so I thought its a good day for me to make an order online, only for me to get the wrong order delivered to me. I told the uber driver that delivered my food that it was the wrong order. She was shocked because she said she told the employees at McDonalds Centurion to double check the order number if it's correct but instead they were careless and told her it is the correct order without checking. So now I had to get out of my warm bed and go with the Uber driver to McDonalds to fetch the right order because I had to show them proof of the order details in my phone as the driver didn't have any of that on her end. I was very upset with how they handled the situation when we got there. The employees were rude the manager didnt even empathise with us and apologise about what happened instead when I explained how upset I was he just looked at me like I'm crazy. McDonalds Centurion needs to train their staff when it comes to customer service. This was the worst service I've ever received in my entire existence. You guys need to do better, I'm extremely livid and disgusted, I could vomit. Read moreToday on the 12 of January 2016 I entered the McDonalds in Centurion SA wanting to buy my fiance a happymeal but I saw there was a que of people about 4 infront of me so I went to the bathroom cause my stomach was not in a very good state, while im on the toilet not even 3 minutes from entering the facility some guy knocks abruptly and tells me in a very aggressive voice that I have to get out of the toilet. After I was done I walked out of bathroom to find that there security guard that was standing between me and the ordering station approached me and starts screaming at me that the toilet is only for customers, then after he cussed at me and threatened me I lost my temper went to the counter and ordered only an Ice Cream which makes me a customer not willing to spend anymore money then that at their business after that shocking intimidation then I had to request to speak to the manager who didnt even sport an name badge which was hiding behind the one door. Only after I lost my temper completely and refusing to leave he came out to speak to me while the threats and verbal abuse from the security guard escalated to a very uncomfortable point. I then informed the hide and seek nameless manager that I will not leave this situation there I proceeded to walk out whilst being taled by the security trying to get me to fight with him. Read moreI went there with my brother and we ordered food . It wasn’t really that packed but there was people, we order our food through the self service. We came before certain people came and our food wasn’t called out, so we went and asked twice from our whole stay and they told us it wasn’t ready twice. There was even a whole family that ordered after us and ate right there and finished their meal, ordered dessert and left but our order wasn’t ready. We then went up to the counter for the third time after waiting about 30 minutes to 45 minutes and still said it wasn’t ready. The only reason they started taking it seriously when I came up is when a fellow customer said that we have been here for a while and other people started agreeing. So one of the employees came up to us and asked us for our receipt then prepared our meal after that, we thanked the other customers. Their reason for giving us a cold meal was “ the person who was suppose to pick the meal lost the receipt so we are sorry” but instead of giving us atleast a warm meal we received a cold one even though it wasn’t our fault.
