I also notice that there is still a bit room for improvement in terms of customer service and self service .
Self Service : I enter the table number on the bot as I went to the till the number was already taken .
solution : If a table number is taken I feel like its a good user/Customer experience to let the customer know that the number you entered is taken.
Customer Service : The time I was about to purchase my meal at the till not sure if the system froze or restarted (the computer to order at the till) and waited about 4 minutes without knowing what's going on until they tell me that they restated it .
This was not a big problem but I also feel like if there is something wrong the customer should be notified right at that moment in that way customers will feel respected more and it will increase the relationship between the franchise and...
Read moreMy friends and I ( who are mostly females) were at McDonalds early this morning, when 3 men walked in, one of them came straight towards us where we were sitting and stroked his hands down my friends cheek not once but twice. We were in full sight of the staff and security guard, NONE of them said or did anything while this whole scene played out right in front of them. After having pushed our way past this fully grown man he followed us while throwing around racial slurs. not only did the staff stand around being entertained and laughing off the whole attack, the security guard even walked over to him while they were walking away and greeted him so politely almost in an approving manner (THE SECURITY IS PRACTICALLY USELESS) . This is unacceptable for a GLOBAL FRANCHISE that is known for being a place of families.
