On Saturday morning May 29, 2021 i visited Mc Donalds, cnr Rivonia and Grayston to buy my favourite breakfast. I ordered in store as the drive through was backed up with cars. I specifically ordered egg and cheese mc muffins. I specifically informed the attendant "no turkey" on the mc muffins. I specifically informed the attendant to have the mc muffins made fresh and not to give me mc muffins that have had the turkey on them. As the taste of the turkey lingers, even if removed. I paid for my order and drove home only to find that the turkey was not removed from the egg mc muffins!!!! Last week, another of my orders was messed up, when the apple pie was not included in my take away order. To mc donalds credit, they sent the apple pie to me via Uber that same day. Well, you win some and you lose some.

But why lose?? Whats so tough about getting the order right the first time?

There is something very dodgy happening at the mc Donald’s . At night we ordered 4 meals and we paid R380 rands. We got the ticket and when we went to collect the food they gave us only two meals saying we only order two and if we want the other two meals we had to paid for the two extra again . The weird part was like 4 of the member of the staff were there yelling at us to pay the two meals and one snatch our ticket so when we said the tickets says four meals. The guy disappeared. Then a random guy came behind our car also siding with the staff and yelling at us. They were very aggressive talking and wanted us our card and it was so odd and unsaved having so many people yelling at us and asking for our credit card. We asked for the ticket back and they gave us a old one with a different time and different amount. Something very dodgy is happening there and it seems all the staff there...
