Worst customer service and wrong order given AGAIN. Went to the drive through and as well as other food I ordered 1 x 1/2 chicken mild and 1 x 1/2 chicken hot. I got home and there was 1 x 1/2 lemon and herb in my order and no other chicken. I called the store and after much debate, the lady on the phone said she would deliver the chicken. I told her not to worry as my husband was driving past and would collect it. When he got there, the gentleman behind the counter just pointed to anther lady when my husband asked about it. She then pulls out a slip from a totally different order and tells him I never ordered a chicken in the first place. Not wanting to fight, my husband paid for another half chicken where his card and slip were slammed down onto the counter. When i tried calling back after my husband got home, they just didn't answer the phone. After tryng 5 times, I gave up. Rude, unhelpful and blatant theft. Check your order twice. Last time i will ever use any nandos.
Further to this, thanks for your response below. I have mailed your customer care team, TWICE. I have received text messages stating that the issue has been ‘Resolved’. I have not had an e-mail or any feedback whatsoever. So mailing your customer care...
Read moreIf you throw a stone in the air it's quite likely to end up hitting a Nandos fan, I am also amongst the many that like Nandos chicken, my experience at this particular branch was great in terms of food but the staff were not friendly at all, seeing how beautiful this brach is there are many who dine in and click a few pictures just as everyone does in any other restaurant. Here, we were asked not to take pictures by the staff, when I asked for the reason behind this, they failed to explain and simply asked not to take pictures. I looked for a sign on the walls which says so and there wasn't any at the entire place, I believe taking pictures is a very common thing that many people do, in my case i was seeing a friend after 2 years at this place for brunch. Irony is when i write this review i see many reviewers that posted the inside out of pics this place along with dropping a review.
Not sure if the staff have happy hour rules for taking the pictures...
Read moreAfter ordering with Uber eats, my order was cancelled without an explanation after 30 minutes..I then ordered with Mr D..After waiting an hour I tried to call Nando's Bryanston..They kept cutting my calls or not answering at all when I was trying to find out where my order was. After 12 attempts (yes, I counted), someone finally answered and said "its coming" It took a further 20 minutes for the food to leave Nando's with the driver. It took a total of 2 hours for nando's to cook and send my 2x quarter chickens with wedges and a dip. Food arrived. Mr D driver told me that the staff at Nando's Bryanston ignore the drivers waiting for orders while helping customers that are there and apologized for it taking so long - it was NOT his fault. The food was opened only to find that the chicken was BURNT and the wedges were plain and not peri peri as ordered but we were so hungry that we ate it.
