I ordered and just picked up 9 Kids CHICKEN burgers, 1 Veggie burger and 2 chicken burgers. Nando’s is pathetic to say the least. The TENDER CHICKEN FILLET kids burgers are 3 SMALL strips slapped on a bun. Literally slapped on a bun, it was so clumsily put together I was horrified. I asked the lady, which is the Veggie burger, she takes out ALL the boxes looking for it and then just leaves them on the table for us to put all back. The manager comes and all she says, “we apologise” we apologise” non stop and then asks me must they fix the “burgers” and then also tells me that they no longer use fillets for the burgers. All the while watching us put the boxes back in the bags…..just standing useless apologizing. Read moreFor the past few months I have had the worst experiences at this Nandos. Yesterday was hands down the worst one yet.
We waited longer than 30 minutes for our order, my food was wrong and when I informed the ladies about my order being wrong I was treated so badly. I ordered one of the signature ice drinks and it wasn't brought to us, until I asked about it, (this is after the food was brought out), once again I was subjecyed to snide comments made by the employees. My husband and I were scoffed at because we asked for cutlery to eat our food with.
Nandos is supposed to be a treat and being treated like you are an inconvenience when you bring up things like the wrong food, is really not fair.

The order presented several quality control issues, specifically burnt food (charred), inconsistent sauce provision (incorrect or absent), and garlic rolls accompanied by frozen butter.
This standard of delivery is particularly concerning given the additional cost associated with delivery rates loading and delivery fees, which ultimately resulted in considerable customer inconvenience and a delay in our meal as replacement items were necessary. The take it or leave it attitude is disturbing.
