When you place your order via the telephone you get friendly reception. You get your order in time upon arrival. For Pickups. I had to Edit this Review seriously been watching this establishment for while now because it's close to where I stay and Convenient. I order every other weekends and Month Ends. First thing I would like to comment on is Service is slow on Certain days especially in the evenings. Month end and Pay Days, please Nandos Comaro bring in More Staff, can't afford to waiting that long. Another thing you mess up orders on those days. On Sunday the 8 September I ordered chicken Lemon and Herb Cut in 4 Pieces part of A Full Chicken Meal Order, Inside the Pocket it was a Mild, How do you expect me to eat something with Periperi when I don't eat it. Your staff member on the queries Lines when I called had the nerve to tell me to open my order and check for the flavour, when it your staff members who messed up my order. Bad customer service - I ordered a meal online and it was not the first time. The driver Kule for the day was getting lost. He called and informed that I had an incorrect address. He was extremely rude, said he blamed me for the incorrect address. On arrival with a cold meal I informed him that a lot of drivers found the place with ease.I informed him that his duty was to call and get proper directions.

He continued to be rude, told me how he has many orders to deliver,how he doesn't care that I am a customer.

I called the shop on 06 June 2019 at 2pm and spoke to Lizette who claimed to be a manager on duty. She promised to address the issue,get back to me and to date has not.

A beautiful lady who was helping us yesterday with a beautiful smile by the name of Thobekile made me realize that sometimes all we need is a smile I thought she was doing this to us because I wasn't feeling well since i have a horrible flu but as I was standing and waiting for my order I recognize it's actually her character even this other white couple complimented her services I hope to see her more often on the till points and remain the same I really loved her and as bad as I was feeling with flu I felt so much better because of her...nice work Thobekile unkulunkulu akwandisele cc and yes today I am much better my voice is also back ....❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️...
