Nando's Cresta — Restaurant in Gauteng

Disappointed. Find another Nando's. Would give 0 stars. They have repeatedly disappointed and continue to do so despite being addressed in person. It is utterly clear that the staff do not respect the customers and do not care for quality.

It is quite easy to cut a chicken without making it look as though it had been hacked to death with a machete. There was broken bones everywhere and we could barely make out the parts. We ordered mild on a few items which came hotter than the hot items. Every time the chips have been stale, cold and unsalted.

If you think of ordering sides just know that you will only get half your money's worth. The coleslaw, wedges and chips were not even half full. We have asked, on numerous occasions, for them to properly fill it and they would do so with an attitude. The bread is old and stale. I have also found hair in my food.

On a few occasions, while collecting, we were scolded for sitting in the waiting area to which I am still perplexed. Don't know whether this Nando's has a staff or management problem but Nando's should not allow such low standards to be associated with...

I recently ordered from Nandos Cresta, and I was disgusted at the portion of chicken I received. I always eat at Nandos Cresta in store, but when making an order for collection the quality of food received is pathetic. This is not the first time I made a collection order and whengetting home I noticed the chicken is in a poor condition, and the meals are half of what you receive while dining in the store. I have previously complained about the service and quality of food received when making a collection order all of which have either fallen on deaf ears or the staff simply do not care about the reputation of Nandos Cresta. My portion of chicken looks as if someone had already eaten from or removed parts of the chicken. I have taken a picture of the chicken I received in the hope that my public post will make Nandos Cresta take my complaints about poor quality food...

I was at Nandos Cresta for the first time on Saturday 12 July 2025 in the morning.First of all Google maps was completely wrong where Nandos is in Cresta.I had to ask several people in Mall where it is,?We found Nandos finally and were helped immediately by a friendly staff member.I wanted to get the bottomless ice cream special.When I asked about it I got a blank stare and they said they know nothing about it and have never had it? It was advertised by Nandos SA yet nothing at Cresta?! We anyways ordered a burger and chips and it was good and came fast.I found the atmosphere lacking and most of the other staff looked rather unhappy.Only giving three stars as I thought the question I asked could have been dealt with differently and the Atmosphere was not great.Would I recommend Nandos Cresta..It will be...
