Nando's Ghandi Square — Restaurant in Gauteng

Honestly the only thing I enjoyed there was the toilet experience. They have cool writing on the wall that gives you a funny experience 😂😄 but the food and service is absolutely disgusting. The rice and chicken that we had looked nothing like the picture and the rice was not cooked properly. I waited so long for my food I forgot I ordered chicken livers which were brought after my daughters had finished their bowl of rice. Today the 11th May 2017 i placed an order with Nando's Ghandi Square at 11:10 this morning and was told the time of delivery would take 40mins and to my surprise it took 1 hour 40 mins to be delivered and when i asked the driver whats the problem and why he took so long to be told he was looking for change and still came without change i think this is very bad service the food was cold and fallen out the packets especially the chips this is not exceptable at all not happy with the service at all even thew lady that answers the phone needs to learn how to answer calls and listen to what customers are asking...

I'm appalled by nandos at ghandi. At 12 my colleague and I called nandos to place an order with delivery. we were told the food would be delivered by 13:20 but noone arrived. We tried calling numerous of times for an update to no avail as noone was picking up this time around. But now My colleague decided to leave and just go to nandos for the food.
