Today 05-08 around 23:15, The lady who was taking my order was an angel even confirmed my oder and was all smiles when it was time to pay.... The boy at the collection station was the complete opposite very rude, he rudely told us to move away from the window reverse the car as difficult in Zulu then he asked if we are deaf while we were confused why we should reverse, he then came back to give us a wrong oder I order quarter leg but he gave me a wing and breast... while the people I was with got their half chicken and rice as they ordered... he then used his hand to signal the we should get out of here and mention something about his time of service that was more important to him than our feelings... bad very bad behavior... i was not going to write this review if he atleast got my oder right... but he treated us badly and still got my...

I am beyond frustrated. My order was delivered over TWO HOURS AGO, and the driver forgot my drink. He said he’d go fetch it and be back shortly, that never happened. I called the store after 30 minutes, and they promised me a driver would bring it in 10 minutes. An hour passed, still no drink.

I called AGAIN, and they said they had “found a driver” and it would be another 10 minutes. Guess what? Still NOTHING.

Now, 2 HOURS LATER, I’ve had to call AGAIN, only to be told the same nonsense “10 more minutes.” This is an absolute joke. Why is it so hard to deliver a single drink that I PAID FOR?

This level of incompetence and poor service is infuriating. I love Nando’s food, but this experience has completely ruined it...

Came for a quick Nandos meal. We drove thru placed the order and at the collection windows the female staff asked for our slip and told us to wait on the side and she will bring the order to the car. 26 minutes later the order didn't arrive and the shop wasn't busy.
